Responsibilities

Support clients with travel requests, trip planning activities, and reservation coordination Gather and organize travel information including accommodations, transportation, and vacation experiences Review travel arrangements to ensure details are complete and properly documented Assist clients with selecting options that align with their interests, schedules, and preferences Respond to questions and provide service support through email, phone, and online communication platforms Help facilitate itinerary updates, booking revisions, and travel-related requests Maintain accurate records of client interactions, confirmations, and travel documents Participate in training programs and stay informed on travel products and supplier offerings
