  • Onboarding & Mentorship: Support new associates through the onboarding process, offering ongoing strategic support with access to structured leadership training and mentorship.

Ideal Professional Profile

  • Experience: 7+ years of senior-level professional experience in business development, client engagement, consulting, sales leadership, strategic partnerships, or other relationship-focused roles.
  • Accountability: A strong history of leadership and strategic responsibility with the ability to manage your own performance.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills for senior-level professional conversations.
