The BDR will identify and qualify high-value sales opportunities, engage with prospects, and collaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Generate Sales Opportunities: Identify and qualify high-value prospects to create pipeline opportunities for the sales team
• Outbound Prospecting: Leverage technical and value-based insights to engage cold and warm leads, driving new business opportunities
• Qualify Prospects: Assess fit by asking key qualifying questions to understand client needs, challenges, and timelines
• Campaign Execution: Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns
• Engagement & Follow-Up: Maintain proactive communication with prospects, delivering relevant messaging to generate interest and advance conversations
• Internal Collaboration & Insights Sharing: Serve as a key resource by sharing best practices, competitive insights, and product updates with internal teams
• Performance Tracking & Reporting: Participate in weekly and monthly sales meetings, providing updates on achievements, business plans, and quota progress

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years of outbound sales experience
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to quickly learn and articulate complex solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage prospects effectively
• Experience using AI tools to enhance productivity, innovation, or problem-solving
