Business Development Rep - Tech Sales

They are seeking a Business Development Representative to lead prospecting efforts and fuel new opportunities in collaboration with account executives, while receiving coaching and mentorship to advance their sales career.

Responsibilities

Partner with sales representatives to develop messaging, identify target personas, and craft account strategies Research target accounts, identify key players, and create targeted lists, call strategies, and outreach campaigns Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, emails, social messaging, events, and other mediums Qualify leads, create sales-ready opportunities, and transfer them to Sales Representatives Track and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring smooth transitions from qualification to discovery Prepare reports and forecasts on activities and results using Salesforce Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified appointments and pipeline generation Skills High-level communication, writing, and organizational skills No previous professional experience required; this role is ideal for those eager to grow in their career A positive attitude, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to learn Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Benefits Competitive compensation Bonus eligibility Comprehensive medical coverage Unlimited PTO Wellness reimbursement Professional development funds Hybrid Work ModelThis role follows a hybrid schedule, with on-site work at our Westlake/Dallas, TX office Tuesday through Thursday and remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays Company Overview Pluralsight is a technology learning platform for software developers, IT admins, and creative professionals.
