We are looking for a Business Development Manager with a hunter mentality: someone who thrives on building pipeline from scratch, opening new accounts, and closing deals with decision-makers in the U.S. market.

What You'll Do

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the U.S. technology sector across IT staffing, nearshore teams, and custom software development services. Build and manage a strong outbound pipeline using CRM tools and prospecting platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and HubSpot. Lead the full sales cycle from initial outreach through proposal, negotiation, and contract closure. Engage with C-level and VP-level stakeholders to understand their needs and position tailored solutions. Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure alignment between client expectations and service delivery. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets and pipeline KPIs. What You'll Bring Must-Haves 4+ years of experience in B2B sales within IT staffing, nearshore outsourcing, custom software development, or related technology services. Proven track record opening new accounts and meeting sales quotas. Experience engaging senior decision-makers at U.S.-based companies. Solid understanding of staff augmentation, SOW models, and U.S. tech market dynamics. Fluent English (C1/C2), both verbal and written. Proficiency in CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.

Nice to Have

Established network of contacts within U.S. technology companies. Familiarity with AI, cloud, or data engineering services. Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo or Apollo.
