  • Identify and research potential High Net Worth Individual (HNI) clients through various channels.
  • Initiate contact with prospective clients, primarily via phone, email, and professional networking platforms.
  • Understand client financial needs, investment goals, and risk profiles through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Present and articulate the value proposition of our financial products and services tailored to HNI preferences.
  • Collaborate with senior business development managers and financial advisors to strategize client engagement.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Participate in industry events, seminars, and networking sessions to build professional relationships.
  • Support the team in preparing presentations, proposals, and other sales materials.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes relevant to the HNI segment.
  • Strive to achieve and exceed assigned targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in financial services, sales, or an equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a regional Indian language is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
  • Demonstrable passion for sales and business development, with a results-oriented mindset.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
  • Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products is an advantage. Qualifications:
