As a Business Development Associate, you will work closely with clients to understand their financial goals, analyze their information, and develop strategies to help them achieve their dreams while maintaining a healthy work/life balance.

Responsibilities

• Working with clients to understand their goals, concerns, and current financial information
• Analyzing information to create a strategy and financial plan with appropriate products and services
• Developing and maintaining a base of clients who value your input and guidance
• Working with clients to keep their financial strategies current and aligned with their goals, building relationships with clients that will last for years

Skills

• Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
• Must live in FGP's territory- DE, PA, MD, DC, VA
• Obtain appropriate licensing
