Role Summary We are seeking a Booking Services Coordinator to assist with organizing and managing travel reservations while supporting a smooth client experience. This role focuses on scheduling accuracy, reservation coordination, and maintaining clear communication throughout the booking process.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate travel bookings, including accommodations, transportation, and itinerary components Review reservation details and confirmations for accuracy Assist with itinerary updates and booking adjustments as needed Communicate professionally with clients regarding travel information and scheduling Work with travel vendors and partners to confirm reservations and availability Maintain organized booking records and client documentation

Qualifications
