What You'll Do

Assist clients with travel reservations, vacation packages, cruises, accommodations, and related services Review travel requests and identify suitable options based on client preferences and objectives Utilize company-approved platforms to research availability, pricing, and travel products Verify booking information and reservation details before final processing Provide responsive customer assistance through phone, email, and online communication channels Help resolve scheduling concerns, booking revisions, and travel-related inquiries Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, confirmations, and reservation activity Stay informed on supplier updates, travel promotions, and company procedures through ongoing learning opportunities

Qualifications
