B2B Software Sales & Partnerships Expert

We are looking for someone very strong in B2B Software Sales / Partnerships for our company Lagedra. Lagedra is a new platform for Mid-Term Rentals (30+ days) that simplifies the entire process for companies that need fully furnished housing for their clients. Today there are platforms like Airbnb and Furnished Finder, but each one has major problems with the process, trust, availability, and closing deals. Lagedra is designed to solve these problems and make the entire process easy, fast, and organized for companies and organizations. The goal of this role: Build a waitlist and partnerships with at least 200 U.S. companies that need 30+ day furnished housing solutions for their clients. Types of companies we want to target:

  • Insurance Housing Companies
  • Relocation Companies
  • Corporate Housing Companies
  • Disaster Recovery Housing
  • Temporary Housing Providers
  • Healthcare Staffing Housing
  • Traveling Nurses Housing
  • Government / Municipality Temporary Housing
  • HR Relocation Departments
  • University Housing Programs
  • Executive Housing Companies

What we are looking for on Upwork:

  • People who sound and appear 100% American
  • Preference for candidates from the U.S., Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, or South America
  • Native-level English
  • Real B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Partnership development experience
  • Experience setting meetings with larger companies
  • Smart, strategic people — not just call center agents
  • Someone who knows how to reach decision makers
  • Preferably someone with startup software experience
  • Preferably someone familiar with marketplaces / proptech / housing / relocation
  • Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, and CRM pipelines
  • Someone who can build long-term business relationships

Main KPIs:

  • Bring at least 200 potential companies
  • Schedule partnership calls
  • Build a high-quality waitlist
  • Create real partnerships

Work terms:

  • 6 hours per day
  • Pay: $0–15/hour depending on experience and results
  • Bonus opportunities based on partnerships and performance

We are NOT looking for:

  • A regular VA
  • Only a cold caller
  • Copy-paste outreach people
  • Someone without B2B sales experience
