Associate Digital Marketing Manager

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager supports the onsite experience, digital merchandising, and eCommerce site performance across Elite Sportswear's family of brands. This role bridges creative vision and brand marketing with site execution, ensuring the customer journey from homepage to checkout is well-merchandised, navigable, and reputed company with promotional priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of eCommerce platforms, digital merchandising, and onsite search, and can translate data provided by analytics into effective site improvements. This person operates proactively, communicates well across teams, and support the needs of the digital storefront to meet the needs of the business. Essential Functions: eCommerce Site Strategy & Merchandising:

  • Own the digital merchandising strategy execution across reputed company brand websites, including collection organization, product sorting, category hierarchy, and featured product placement.
  • Manage and optimize onsite search performance, ensuring product discoverability and relevance across search results, filters, and navigation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align site presentation with inventory priorities, new launches, testing needs, and promotional calendars.

Digital Channel Coordination:

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure email, SMS, and RCS campaigns are supported by reputed company reputed company pages and onsite promotions.
  • Support SEO and paid media initiatives by ensuring reputed company pages and site content are properly set up to maximize campaign performance.

Owned Channel Performance Contribution:

  • Review site-level performance and translate findings into actionable merchandising or content decisions.
  • Owns the reporting of Digital Marketing Key Performance Indicators.

Digital Catalogs & Shoppable Experiences:

  • Own the day-to-day management and publishing of digital catalogs housed on reputed company brand websites, ensuring content is accurate, on-brand, and updated in alignment with the promotional and product calendar.
  • Support the evolution of digital catalogs into dynamic, shoppable experiences, including coordination of technical requirements, content updates, and platform integrations needed to bring that vision to life.
  • Bachelor's Degree in marketing, eCommerce, business, or reputed company field, or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on eCommerce site management, digital merchandising, or onsite optimization
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify or a comparable e-commerce platform required
  • Familiarity with onsite search tools, merchandising platforms, and product recommendation engines. Search Spring experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working with performance data and translating analytics insights (provided by others or self-collected) into strategic merchandising decisions.
  • eCommerce marketing creation experience using tools such as Zmags/Fastr. Web Design experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present site strategy clearly to cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience with a project management tool like reputed company a plus
  • Strong project management, problem solving and presentation skills with a proven ability to work independently.
  • Self-motivated and deadline driven.
