Job Overview

• We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive graphic designer who has an appreciation of art to support a wide range of art consulting projects and help bring creative concepts to life. This role will assist in providing creative production support.
• Key Responsibilities
• Creative & Graphics Support
• Assist in developing visual concepts for art installations and presentations
• Collaborate with freelance graphic designers to produce decks, mood boards, and creative assets
• Ability to create graphic design images from Adobe Photoshop or other software for inclusion into proposals and project maps.
• Translate ideas into creative briefs and visual direction
• Maintain brand consistency across creative materials
• Project Management – Art Consulting & Installations
• Work with art curator to meet demands of projects involving artists, vendors, venues, and partners
• Ensure projects move from concept to execution smoothly
• Executive & Opportunity Support
• Help prioritize projects and protect leadership time
• Support scheduling deadlines for site visits, installations, and events

• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Creative mindset with appreciation for art and design
• Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Experience in art curation, creative production, or design preferred
• 30-Day Probationary Period
• During the first 30 days, the contractor will be evaluated based on:
• Communication and responsiveness
• Ability to manage projects and deadlines
• Quality of creative and operational support
• Overall collaboration and alignment
• NOTE: Continuation beyond 30 days will be based on performance and mutual fit.
• Compensation & Structure
• $20-$25/hr. (approx. 15-20 hours per week) - final compensation commensurate with experience and mutual vibration
• Contract (1099)
• Remote position
• Part-time to start, with potential to expand
• Hourly or project-based (based on experience)
• Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
• Work Location: Remote
