Amazon PPC Manager – E-commerce Growth & ROI Specialist

Remote · United Kingdom Full-time

Role Overview: We are seeking a highly analytical, aggressive, and results-driven Amazon PPC Manager to take full ownership of our Amazon advertising strategy and execution. In this role, you will not just be "managing campaigns"—you will be the driving force behind our profitability, revenue scaling, and market share domination. We are looking for a strategic expert with a proven, verifiable track record of scaling Amazon brands while lowering Total Advertising Cost of Sales (TACoS) and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). If you are a problem-solver who thrives on data, scaling budgets profitably, and measurable outcomes, we want to hear from you.

  • *Key Responsibilities (What You Will Accomplish)**

Drive Scalable Revenue Growth: Architect, launch, and aggressively manage full-funnel Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Amazon DSP) to maximize daily sales velocity and net profit. Relentless Optimization: Continuously audit and optimize bids, search terms, and targeting strategies to achieve aggressive target ACoS and TACoS. You will cut wasted spend with precision negative keywords while scaling winning campaigns. Keyword & Competitor Domination: Execute deep-dive keyword research and competitor analysis to identify profitable gaps, win top-of-search placements, and aggressively defend our brand share against competitors. Strategic Campaign Architecture: Build and refine advanced campaign structures (e.g., search term isolation, auto-campaign harvesting, and custom budget allocation based on product life cycles and profitability). Actionable Reporting & Forecasting: Go beyond basic metrics. Deliver weekly performance insights detailing critical KPIs (Spend, Sales, ROAS, ACoS, TACoS, CTR, CVR) accompanied by proactive action plans and growth forecasts. Inventory Alignment: Collaborate closely with the inventory team to align ad spend with stock levels—aggressively pushing overstock inventory while throttling or pausing campaigns to avoid stockouts on top-sellers. A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously test ad copy, custom creative assets, video ads, and storefront traffic to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and overall Conversion Rates (CVR).

  • *Required Skills & Qualifications**

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience independently managing high-volume Amazon PPC budgets ($50k - $100k+/month spend). Proven Track Record: Tangible history of scaling accounts while maintaining or improving profitability targets. (Note: You will be required to share your best case studies). Technical Mastery: Deep, up-to-date understanding of the Amazon A9 Ranking Algorithm, Amazon Campaign Manager, Brand Analytics, and advanced targeting features. Strategic Mindset: Proactive problem-solver who does not wait to be told what to do. You stay ahead of Amazon’s frequent platform updates and terms of service changes.

  • *Performance KPIs (How Your Success Will Be Measured)**

Overall Revenue Growth at the brand level. Strict adherence to benchmark TACoS (Total ACoS) and target ROAS. Increased organic ranking velocity driven by targeted PPC conversions. Reduction of wasted ad spend (Zero-sale search term mitigation).

  • *Compensation & Perks**

Pay Rate: HIGHLY NEGOTIABLE. We believe in paying top dollar for top talent. Compensation will be tailored to your experience, direct track record, and the results you can deliver. We are open to a strong base salary, performance-based profit-sharing, or commission structures for the right A-player. Fully remote work environment with flexible working hours. Opportunity to lead growth for an ambitious and rapidly expanding brand. How to Apply: Please submit your resume along with a brief cover letter. With your application, you must include your best case studies detailing your past performance (e.g., how you successfully scaled an account, improved ROAS/ACoS, and the specific strategies you implemented to achieve those results).
