Amazon Connect Developer
Job Title: Amazon Connect Developer Location: Remote Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Amazon Connect Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and supporting cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. Required Skills:
- Strong experience with Amazon Connect development and administration
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, CloudWatch, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and IAM
- Experience in building IVR call flows and contact center solutions
- Strong knowledge of contact flows, routing profiles, queues, and user management in Amazon Connect
- Experience integrating Amazon Connect with CRM systems and third-party applications
- Knowledge of real-time and historical reporting solutions
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Good understanding of voice technologies and telephony concepts
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop Amazon Connect contact center solutions
- Create and maintain IVR workflows and routing strategies
- Integrate Amazon Connect with internal and external systems
- Develop AWS Lambda functions and backend integrations
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
- Work closely with business and technical teams to gather requirements
- Support deployment, testing, and production releases
- Maintain security, compliance, and best practices across AWS services
- Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certification is a plus
- Experience with Amazon Lex chatbots
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Banking, healthcare, or telecom domain experience preferred
