Coordinates with guests, property owners, and cleaners primarily through WhatsApp and Telegram. Client's Industry Property Management / Short-term Rental Management (Airbnb) Client Schedule (time and time zone) EST Goal To onboard a part-time Airbnb assistant to support with guest communication, coordination, and backend tasks, helping manage workload and backlog during peak season. Key Tasks VA will do

• Handle guest inquiries and communication via Airbnb
• Coordinate with property owners and cleaners via WhatsApp and Telegram
• Assist with calendar updates and booking coordination
• Support backend/admin tasks (e.g., invoicing, updates)
