Affiliate Manager (TikTok)

Your impact: Develop and grow BetterMe's affiliate direction on TikTok, building scalable processes from the ground up. Build and refine the affiliate model — from collaboration mechanics to incentive structures — together with cross-functional teams. Analyze affiliate and campaign performance, identify what drives results, and continuously optimize the approach. Drive outreach, onboarding, and ongoing collaboration with a wide network of creators and affiliates. Stay on top of TikTok trends, viral hooks, and content formats to identify what works and what scales. Leverage AI tools across daily workflows — from research and outreach to content ideation and process automation. Collaborate cross-functionally with influence, creative, content, and analytics teams to align efforts with broader marketing goals. About you: 2+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, or influencer/affiliate marketing. Solid understanding of performance marketing fundamentals and core metrics — comfortable thinking in funnels, conversion, and unit economics. Strong ownership and business mindset — focused on driving real results and commercial impact. Hands-on experience working with TikTok as a channel — either running paid acquisition or scaling collaborations with creators. Understanding of TikTok and UGC content: formats, hooks, and what drives engagement and conversion. Strong analytical thinking and a data-driven approach to decision-making. Project management and operational skills — able to design, document, and scale processes from scratch. AI-first mindset — actively using AI tools to work smarter and faster. Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher. Will be a plus: Experience working with TikTok Shop, affiliate platforms, or influencer marketing infrastructure. Understanding of influencer & affiliate marketing. Experience in e-commerce or consumer products. Exposure to the US market or US-based creator ecosystem.
