Role Overview As an Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process improvements in a dynamic fintech environment. Key Responsibilities

Manage payroll operations for 50+ contractors across multiple currencies, including FX conversions and crypto payroll processing. Handle invoice validation, vendor management, and payment approvals while maintaining accurate accounting records. Perform month-end closing activities and support the preparation of financial reports. Support budgeting processes, monitor expenses, and identify cost optimization opportunities. Ensure accounting compliance and coordinate with auditors and external accountants. Drive accounting process improvements and support automation initiatives.

Requirements

Strong Accounting Knowledge. Solid understanding of IFRS/GAAP, statutory reporting, and regulatory compliance. Hands-on experience with accounting platforms and advanced Excel skills. Experience with multi-currency accounting and fintech environments. Experience working with auditors and tax compliance. Languages: English, Russian. Experience in fintech.
